COMMITTEE MEETING - Thursday, February 7, 2013 4:00 p.m. EOC Conference Room, 124 North Oak Street, Ellsworth, WI 54011

AGENDA: 1. Call to order; 2. Determine if Quorum is Present; 3. Adopt Agenda;

4. Approve minutes from January 3, 2013 meeting; 5. Public Comment; 6. District Attorney Sean Froelich to introduce himself to committee; 7. Sara Palmer from Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry;

8. Discuss and take action on request by Emergency Management Director to attend National Radiological Conference in Austin, TX April 8 thru 11, 2013; 9. Committee will convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: Annual performance evaluation for Emergency Management Director; 10. Committee will return to open session and take action on closed session item if required; 11. Discuss DLR/KKE Jail Remodel Update;

12. Discuss and take action on purchase of squad cars; 13. Future Agenda Items;

14. Set Next Meeting Date; 15. Adjourn.
