RIVER FALLS - A St. Croix County Circuit Court judge has given defense attorneys until next month to turn over mental health information to prosecutors in the case against Aaron Schaffhausen.
He is accused of killing his three daughters last July. Prosecutors say they need the information gathered by the defense’s mental health experts to inform their own experts.
Schaffhausen’s mental health will be the centerpiece of his defense if he is convicted of killing the girls. He returns to court for his next hearing on March 1st.
