The Cardinals shot near 60 percent from the field, including 11-of-14 from behind the three-point arc.
Prescott held a 24-12 lead in the second quarter when Ellsworth notched four-point play as Brady DeGross was fouled after sinking a three-point play.
But that was as close as the Panthers got for the rest of the game. They led 38-20 at halftime and 62-33 after three quarters. The Cardinals, 10-4 overall and 7-3 in the Middle Border Conference and had four players in double figures scoring led by Mike Brookshaw's 18 points.
The Panthers, 5-13 overall and 2-9 in the Middle Border Conference, was led in scoring by Chrystian Kulow's 12 points. Will Huppert finished with nine points.
