PIERCE COUNTY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD MEETING AGENDA

Wednesday, February 13, 2013 – 4:30 p.m. Multipurpose Room of the Material Recovery Facility, 707 North Maple Street, Ellsworth WI.

1. Call to order; 2. Approve Minutes of October 17, 2012; 3. Approve Vouchers; 4. Discuss/Take Action on Self Dumping Hopper Bids; 5. Discuss/Take Action on Forklift Tire Bids; 6. Discuss 2012 Fall Clean Sweep & Pharmaceutical Event Report; 7. Discuss 2013 Spring and Fall Clean Sweep Event Dates; 8. Discuss/Take Action on 2013 Pepin County & Pierce County Clean Sweep Cooperative Agreement; 9. Discuss/Take Action on 2013 E-Waste Recycling Contract; 10. Review Summary of 2012 Solid Waste Department Activities; 11. Board will convene into closed session, pursuant to Sec. 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; Solid Waste Administrator annual performance evaluation; 12.
