PIERCE COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES MEETING Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. Lower Level Meeting Room, Pierce County Office Building, 412 West Kinne Street, Ellsworth.

AGENDA: 1. Call to order; 2. Roll call; 3. Discuss and take action to establish and approve the agenda; 4. Discuss and take action to approve meeting minutes of January 10, 2013; 5. Public comments — members of the public wishing to address the Board must register in writing before the meeting begins;

6. Discuss current position vacancies: 1. Child Support Supervisor, 2. Administrative Assistant - Child Support;

7. Discuss and take action to approve staff training/education requests for: a. ADRC; Children, Youth & Families Unit; Child Support; Economic Support; Administration; Community Behavioral Health Unit; b. 2013 National Citizen Review Panel Training; 8. Discuss and take action on 2013 purchase of nutritional analysis software program; 9. Financial report - review monthly vouchers; 10. Director’s report: 2012 Out-of-Home Care/Placement Costs, 2013 Out-of-Home Care/ Placement Costs; 11. Closed session: The Board will convene into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1) (c) Wisconsin Statutes, for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: Human Services Director’s performance evaluation; 12. Return to open session and take action on closed session item if necessary; 13. Next meeting date; 14. Adjourn.
