Blue Devils win fourth straight D-SC contest

The Plum City High School girls basketball won its fourth straight Dunn-St. Croix Conference contest as they downed Glenwood City Tuesday night 41-33.

PLUM CITY - The Plum City High School girls basketball won its fourth straight Dunn-St. Croix Conference contest as they downed Glenwood City Tuesday night 41-33.

Heather Von Holtum made 6-of-6 free throws in the fourth quarter to seal the win for the Blue Devils. Von Holtum finished with 12 points, nine rebounds and three assists. Marah Boyer led PC in scoring with 14 points.

Plum City will look to keep its winning streak going Friday when they play at Mondovi. Tip-off is at 7:30 p.m.

Also in the D-SC last evening, No. 4 Colfax topped Elmwood 62-24 and Boyceville beat Spring Valley 53-40.
