INFORMATION SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 4:00 p.m., Lower Level Conference Room located in the Pierce County Office Building, 412 W. Kinne St., Ellsworth, WI. AGENDA:

1. Call meeting to order; 2. Establish Quorum and Adopt Agenda; 3. Public Comment: The Information Services Committee will receive public comments at this time on any issue not on the regular agenda. Discussion by committee members may take place, but no action will be taken on any item raised.;

4. Approve Minutes from November 6, 2012 Meeting; 5. Review Departmental Budget; 6. Discuss and Take Action on Number of Public Stations in Register of Deeds Office; 7. Discuss and Take Action on Consolidating Sheriff’s Department Data; 8. Discuss and Take Action on Switch Refresh Project; 9. Discuss and Take Action on County Dictation System; 10. Review Draft of the 2012 IS Department Annual Report; 11. Committee will convene into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) Wisconsin Statutes, for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: Director of Information Services annual performance evaluation; 12. Committee will return to open session. Discuss and take action as necessary on closed session items; 13. Director’s Report:

a) Cell Phone Refresh, b) NAS Storage Change, c) Move to ATT for ISP and internet circuit, d) Update on 2013 Projects; 14. Future agenda items; 15. Next meeting date; 16. Adjourn.
