Public Comment: The Land Conservation Committee will receive public comments at this time on any issue not on the regular agenda. Discussion by committee members may take place, but no action will be taken on any item raised.

1. Call to order; 2. Adopt Agenda; 3. Approve January 24, 2013 Meeting Minutes; 4. Discuss/Take Action Cost Share Applications; 5. Discuss/Take Action on Travel/ Training Requests; 6. Discuss/ Take Action on No-Till Drill Use Policy; 7. Department Updates: 1. West Central Area Meeting Review, 2. Civic Engagement Training Updates; 3. Administrative Rule Revisions to ATCP 50; 8. NRCS Program Report: 1. EQIP Cost-Share Funding, 2. Driftless Area Cost-Share Funding, 3. Conservation Security & Stewardship Programs, 4. Workload, Staffing & Misc Items; 9. DNR Forestry Report; 10. Discussion Regarding Future Agenda Items; 11. Discuss Next Meeting Place, Date and Time; 12. Committee will convene into closed session pursuant to 19.85 (1)(c) Wis. Stats. For the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: LCD Director annual performance evaluation;

13. Reconvene into open session and take action on closed session item, if required; 14. Adjournment.
