SUPERIOR - A 65-year-old man was killed in Superior, after he fell about 10-feet down an elevator shaft while moving furniture in a dark warehouse.
He was identified yesterday as Douglas Moen. Police said he and two other men were working when Moen tried to find a light switch near the dark elevator area – and he ended up going down the shaft. He did not want an ambulance, so the co-workers took him to a hospital.
The incident happened on Thursday.
