TOWN OF ELLSWORTH:

The Town Board for the Town of Ellsworth will meet Monday, March 4, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the town hall (W6058 490th Ave). Agenda: call to order, minutes, financial report, road work report, approve driveway permits, other roadwork, public comment, review proposed Nonmetallic mining licensing ordinance for additional changes and discuss adoption timeline, review non- metallic mining license application, review proposed changes, if any, to current town citation ordinance, grant operator & provisional licenses, approve bills, correspondence, set next meeting date, adjourn.
