PIERCE COUNTY FINANCE AND PERSONNEL

COMMITTEE MEETING Monday, March 4, 2013 – 4:00 p.m., Courthouse - County Board Room, 414 W. Main St. – Ellsworth, WI.

AGENDA: 1. Call to order: 1a. Establish quorum, 1b. Committee will receive public comment not related to agenda items; 2. Consent calendar – Discuss and take action on: 2a. Establish and approve agenda, 2b. Approve minutes of 2/22/13, 2c. Treasurer’s report on previous months finance activities and fund balances, 2d. Authorize out-of-state travel to Austin,Texas for EM Director; 3. Discuss and take action on out-of-state travel/training request for National Citizen Review Panel Conference in Wyoming; 4. Discuss and take action on transfer of Contingency Funds to Highway Department for County “U” and “F” bridges; 5. Discuss and take action on transfer of funds for deficits in the following 2012 budgets: 5a. Library, 5b. Medical Examiner, 5c. Personnel; 6. Discuss and take action to amend Sec 4-12(B) of the Pierce County Code to remove language regarding appointment of Great River Road Representative; 7. Dennis Donath will address Mississippi Parkway Commission activities and request release of funds; 8. Discuss and take action to amend Sec 13-6(I)(4) of the Pierce County Code to eliminate the participation of the Administrative Coordinator in the Corporation Counsel’s performance evaluation; 9. Review and take action on settlement agreement with Highway Department; 10. Future agenda items; 11. Next meeting date; 12. Adjourn.
