PHOENIX - Kyle Busch overcame a pit road speeding penalty and a bunch of cautions to win the Dollar General 200 Nationwide Series race in Phoenix yesterday.
The penalty knocked him back into 22nd place, but the pole-sitter had a hot car and he still claimed the victory.
Matt Kenseth finished eighth as the only Wisconsin driver in the field.
