(WACEC) legislative visits and conference in Madison; 5. Committee will convene into closed session pursuant to Sec. 1985 (1) (c), Wis. Stats. for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: Agricultural Agent - Annual Performance Evaluation; Horticulture Educator - Annual Performance Evaluation; Family Living Agent - Annual Performance Evaluation; 4-H Youth Development Agent and Department Head – Annual Performance Evaluation; 6. Committee will return to open session and take action on any closed session items if necessary; 7. Agent and Supervisor Announcements; 8. Future agenda items; 9. Next meeting date;
