PIERCE COUNTY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD MEETING

Wednesday, March 13, 2013 – 4:30 p.m. Multipurpose Room of the Material Recovery Facility, 707 North Maple Street, Ellsworth WI.

AGENDA: 1. Call to order; 2. Approve Minutes of February 13, 2013; 3. Approve Vouchers; 4. Review 2012 Budgets & Revenues; 5. Discuss/Take Action on 2012 Solid Waste Department Annual Report; 6. Review List of 2013 Hauler License Applications; 7. Discuss/Take Action on 2013 E-Waste Recycling Contract; 8. 2013 Wisconsin Integrated Resource Management Conference Report (AROW, SWANA, WCSWMA); 9. Discuss 2013 Spring Clean Sweep & Pharmaceutical Event; 10. Discuss Recycling Industry Trends and Opportunities; 11. Board will convene into closed session, pursuant to Sec. 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats. for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; Solid Waste Administrator annual performance evaluation; 12.
