Weather closes all schools in Pierce County
All of Pierce County's schools districts are closed today due to heavy snowfall from a storm perched right over western Wisconsin.
All of Pierce County's schools districts are closed today due to heavy snowfall from a storm perched right over western Wisconsin.
Schools in the Prescott, River Falls, Ellsworth, Elmwood, Plum City and Spring Valley districts are closed for the day as the area is under a winter storm warning until 6 p.m.
Forecasters are expecting at least 8-12 inches of snow from this latest storm. Temperatures should fall to 10 degrees tonight.
