MR women arrested for OWI in Pepin County
The Wisconsin State Patrol announced Sunday night a Maiden Rock woman was arrested Sunday afternoon for her fifth operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
The Wisconsin State Patrol announced Sunday night a Maiden Rock woman was arrested Sunday afternoon for her fifth operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Shanna F. Vogel, 43, was arrested at 4:46 p.m., on US Highway 10 in Pepin County, according to Sgt. W. Brett Heino.
The news release said the arrest was based on a State Trooper's observations, a citizen's report and other information.
She was incarcerated at the Pepin County Jail pending a court appearance on Monday.
