AGENDA: 1. Call to order; 2. Roll call; 3. Discuss and take action to establish and approve the agenda; 4. Discuss and take action to approve meeting minutes of February 14, 2013; 5. Public comments —members of the public wishing to address the Board must register in writing before the meeting begins; 6. Discuss current position vacancies: 1. Child Support Supervisor; 7. Discuss and take action to approve staff training/education requests for: ADRC; Children, Youth & Families; Child Support; Economic Support; Administration; Community Behavioral Health; 8. 2012 Financial report; 9. Discuss and take action on purchase of 2013 Wiley Clinical Dictionary for NetSmart Avatar; 10. Discuss and take action on 2012 Human Services Department Annual report; 11. Director’s report: 2013 Out-of-Home Care/Placement Costs; 12. Closed session: The Board will convene into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) Wisconsin Statutes, for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: Human Services Director’s performance evaluation; 13. Return to open session and take action on closed session item if necessary; 14. Next meeting date; 15. Adjourn.
