PUBLIC NOTICE

The Plan Commission of the Village of Ellsworth will meet on Monday, March 18, 2013, 7:00 p.m., at the Village Hall lower level board room, (east rear entrance) 130 N. Chestnut St. The purpose of this meeting is for review and approval of the PG Properties Limited Partnership Certified Survey Map, U.S.H. 10/635th St., Town of Ellsworth, which falls into the Extraterritorial Subdivision and Platting Boundary of the Village of Ellsworth on the following property:

That certain parcel of land located in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 26 North, Range 17W, Town of Ellsworth, Pierce County, WI being part of Lot 1 of that Certified Survey Map recorded in Vol. 8, Page 30 of Pierce County Certified Survey Maps.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Village Board on April 1, 2013, 7:00 p.m.
