AGENDA: Call to order; Establish a quorum; Certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law; Approve agenda; Approve minutes from the Feb. 26, 2013 Meeting;

Current Business - Review and approval of financial

reports; Audit and approval of monthly expenditures;

Review and approval of director’s report; New Business - Discussion and action on Salary ranges; Adjournment. Next Meeting: TBD.
