HUDSON - A western Wisconsin woman fell just short of winning $100,000 on NBC’s “The Biggest Loser.” But Lisa Rambo of Hudson was still a big winner, because she no longer weighs 246 pounds like she did last September, when she became an at-home contestant.
On the show’s 14th season finale last night, Rambo showed off her new figure in a red evening dress as she weighed in at 138 pounds. She lost almost 44-percent of her total body weight – but that was only good for second place, behind Gina McDonald. Rambo said her family was incredible, and her husband also lost a lot of weight. Trainer Dolvett Quince said Rambo's efforts is what the show is all about.
Danni Allen won the top prize of a quarter-million dollars. She lost 121 pounds, after starting at 258.
