Scottish Heritage Festival planned

The sixth annual Scottish Heritage Festival will be held from 9:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at the First Presbyterian Church of Hudson, 1901 Vine St.

The sixth annual Scottish Heritage Festival will be held from 9:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at the First Presbyterian Church of Hudson, 1901 Vine St.

Activities include: Bag pipe music at 9:45 a.m. followed by a blessing by Pastor Stephanie Anthony and music by the Presbyterian Praise Group; roast pork meal with authentic Scottish food; craft village; Scottish bake sale; a henna artist; a hair braider; Highland games; kids’ activities; Celtic music; a historical encampment; and more.

The event is free and open to the public.
