I didn't see any mention of the mother being involved or knowing what had happened. As for the stepdad, he should be woken up every morning for the rest of his miserable life with a two-by-four to the face!

This mother chose to be with an unfit man instead of protecting her children. It is sickening how women and men are choosing themselves over their children. It's all about being happy and doing what they want, never about doing what is best for their children.

I can't imagine any punishment too severe for that man. And the baby's mother should also be charged. that precious baby suffered terribly. The mother and step-father---their actions were inhuman. At least the child is in a place where there is no more suffering. Not much consolation to the birth father and the grandparents.

God Bless that poor baby's soul! My heart completely bleeds for that baby! It should be first degree intentional murder! Under NO circumstances is it ever okay to shake a baby!! This is the most disturbing thing I have ever read! WTF are people thinking???
