Yeah, WHAT deer? I've hunted for a lot of years in MN and WI, and there is a prevailing attitude of "brown: it's down" for deer hunters. For the most part, they'll shoot any deer of any size at any distance, running, standing, or relieving itself included. And they'll tag as many as you let them, and some a few more.

Are you serious? Two million dollars wasted to prove the DNR doesn't know what they are doing? Save your money and stop having special hunting seasons and stop giving out extra doe tags.
