If they’re smart the county board will hire an in-house candidate. I think they should hire that land management guy, Brad Roy.

Is there any evidence that the County has suffered any ill effects or been unable to conduct its business in a proper manner without this administrator? If the answer is "No", perhaps the position should be abolished.
