Prescott woman opens up dog training service

PRESCOTT – RC, a three-year-old part Chiuahah/Bichon Frise, has a few problems. “All the dogs around the neighborhood run from him,” said owner Eileen Jones of Prescott. “He doesn’t socialize well with dogs or people.”
