Grant County man gets life for torture killing 28 years ago
A southwest Wisconsin man will spend life in prison with no parole for torturing and killing a woman in Michigan 28 years ago. Anthony Williams, 55, of Boscobel was one of four men sentenced Monday for the 1979 kidnapping, rape and murder of Hope College student Janet Chandler in Holland, Mich.
