Stern to perform in recital this Sunday
RIVER FALLS — A former Pierce County Land Conservation Department Director will perform when the St. Croix Valley Music Teacher’s Association (SCVMTA) hosts a “Prelude to Spring” recital this Sunday at 3 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Hudson, 1901 Vine St.
