Women team to offer assisted living in Elmwood

Welcome Home Assisted Living, a 26-unit facility which opened this month in Elmwood, is holding a grand opening celebration this Friday with an open house from 1 to 7 p.m. and a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5 p.m.
