Spring Valley care center’s moving, expanding with new facilities

The Spring Valley Health Care Center will be replaced by the new Spring Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center and Spring Valley Residential Care Apartment Complex (also called “Valley Villas”), construction on which is now expected to start next spring.
