Afternoon State Sports Briefs: Appleton Xavier declared illeigible for the tournament
The Appleton Xavier High School boys basketball team was ousted from the WIAA tournament and replaced with the team they defeated in the regional final, Little Chute, before tonight's Division 3 sectional semifinal basketball game.
