-- A man accused of throwing projectiles at moving vehicles in Minnesota, and scuffling with police in western Wisconsin, was back in court again yesterday. 39-year-old Gerret Parks made his third court appearance in a week. And unlike the first two, the odds are slimmer that he’ll have a chance to go free on bond.
