Jay Nesseth’s portraying former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) in a play entitled “Roosevelt’s Economic Engine: Rural Electrification,” which debuted at Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services’ 75th anniversary annual meeting last month.
