TEON OF ELLSWORTH BOARD MEETING AGENDA

The Town Board for the Town of Ellsworth will meet Monday, June 11, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at the town hall (W6058 490th Ave). Agenda: call to order, minutes, financial report, road work report, approve driveway permits, other roadwork; public comment; approve Ordinance 2012-2 amending ATV ordinance to allow UTV travel on designated ATV routes in the town; designating lands zoned as primary agriculture or general rural flexible as suitable for Farmland Preservation; enacting 1 year moratorium on any new metallic/ non-metallic mining, specifically frac sand mining in Town of Ellsworth; grant Class B Beer and Liquor Licenses to Ellsworth Country Club Inc, Farm to Fork Corp, Lawton Bar LLC and T-Bar2 LLC from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013; grant cigarette licenses to Lawton Bar LLC and T-Bar2 LLC; approve operator & provisional licenses, approve assessing contract with Don Herschleb, approve bills, correspondence, set next meeting date, adjourn.
