St. Croix Valley Restorative Justice Program addresses crime from another perspective, Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce told
Pierce County District Attorney John O’Boyle, a founding member of the program who’s on its board, talked about the St. Croix Valley Restorative Justice Program at an Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce meeting Thursday.
