MEETING AGENDA - PIERCE COUNTY PARKS COMMITTEE Monday – July 30, 2012 – 8:30 am County Board Room - Pierce County Courthouse, 414 West Main Street, Ellsworth, WI 1. Call to order 2. Public comment: Parks Committee will receive public comments on any issue not related to agenda items, discussion by committee members may take place but no action will be taken on any item raised 3. Discuss/ take action on May 7, 2012 minutes 4. Discuss the design proposal for the Trenton Island Boat Ramp Improvement Project as prepared and presented by Cedar Corporation 5. Discuss/take action on Seasonal Camping Permit Policy 6. Discuss/take action to authorize the Parks Committee Chairman to review and approve camping cabin construction project bids and execute a contract pending final approval by Corporation Counsel 7. Parks Department report: a) June financial report; b) June revenue report; c) Update on campsite electrical installation project; d) Update on snowmobile trail grant projects; e) Update on hail damage insurance claim 8.
