Agenda: 1. Call to order; 2. Approval of Agenda; 3. Approval of October 2nd, 2012 meeting minutes; 4. Financial report; 5. Directors report; 6. Open discussion; 7. Update on purchase of IV infusion pumps; 8. Contract with WWEMS; 9. Ad Hoc Board member position from full time and POC staff; 10. Discussion of membership bylaws updates; 11. Motion to move into closed session as authorized by state statute 19.85(1)(c) & (f) to discuss other business that may come before the committee; 12. Motion to move back into open session and vote on closed session item if needed; 13. Next regular Operating Committee Meeting; 14. Adjourn.
