Interested buyer appears before Spring Valley board
Although last month's inaccurate report indicated the vacant Spring Valley Health Care Center facility would be demolished, there were no appearances during the time set aside by the Spring Valley Village Board early this month for the public to discuss the matter.By: Sari Gordon , Pierce County Herald
