Haley Walz of Hudson showed off a couple of bucks her hunting party took near the Rush River on the opening day of the gun-deer season Saturday. The 10- and nine-point animals weighed approximately 160 and 150 pounds, respectively. They were dropped with a clear shot around 8 a.m. while the hunters were sitting on some rocks in a ravine.
