The Ellsworth Lions Club has donated to the Gift Box Program for area needy families organized by CrossRoad Community Church. The Lions gave $500 to the effort, plus half of the proceeds from their recent holiday concert, for a total of $654. A couple of other donations from individuals were also given. Attending the presentation Friday were, from left to right: Angel Anderson of the church, Tami Langer, Ellsworth Lions President, Rosemary Matzek of the Ellsworth Lions and Wilson Mills, Lions Past District Governor.
