Onlookers take in the scene of a car that fell into a huge sinkhole on Skyline Parkway at Ninth Avenue East in Duluth early Wednesday. Rainwater undercut the ground beneath, creating a weak spot in the pavement. The car’s owners are from Seattle and came to Duluth to run Grandma’s Marathon and visit family.
