Don Nellessen (left), Wisconsin Economic Business Enhancement Group Chairman, presented Tosca’s Pizza Owners Deirdre Davis (middle) and Allen Whitney (right) with a bench for their new customers to enjoy. Tosca’s recently opened in Spring Valley, and will feature pizza and southern chicken. Nellessen feels the best way to bring about an end to the recession is to provide enhancements directly to small businesses providing jobs and create enthusiasm among the community.
