The Zor Roadrunners made a surprise visit to one of the Ellsworth Cheese Curd Festival parade sponsors on June 24 in Ellsworth. Invited to sit in the go-karts are Ellsworth Co-op Creamery employees Aesha Radke, Alisha Hines and Danielle Girdeen. From left to right are Roadrunner drivers Dan Hoffman, Doug Hoffman and Jerry Wilkens of River Falls, Ron Hendershot and Dean Melby of Ellsworth, and Rod Rommel and Larry Nelson of River Falls. Dave Hoffman of Baldwin was busy tending his disabled go-kart at the time of the photo. The Roadrunners performed at the 150th Anniversary Cheese Curd Festival parade, one of over 22 performances scheduled this year.
