American Legion Auxiliary Member Dixie Raehsler, veteran Dick DeCosta and veteran Douglas Raehsler taught Spring Valley Elementary School first graders the meaning of each fold of the American flag. They also gave each student a flag and answered questions. A flag and display case were also presented to the school in honor of Veteran's Day 2012 by Voiture 904 40/8 so the school may proudly display their flag year-round. Veterans are appreciated for their continued service to their country.
