Kris Almsted of Plum City woke up one morning and looked out his window, and was surprised with a Sponge Bob Snow Pants! This creation is eight feet by 10 feet! It was put together by his neighbors, Garrett and Colleen Bauer, and family. Some people are very creative, Almsted said.
