Isaac Roesler of Troop 145 from Elmwood/Spring Valley will earn his Eagle Rank on Sunday, March 10, at the Rock Elm Methodist Church. Roesler’s Eagle project was to create a prayer garden at the church. The project was much appreciated by his congregation, and the many donated plants and materials made the project that much more special. Roesler’s parents are Dee and Dan Roesler of Spring Valley.
