City Planning Intern Adam DeKleyn will cohost a 3 p.m. Dec. 17 meeting at City Hall about the status of the current parking-meter moratorium between Main and Second streets. For that meeting, DeKleyn will run a PowerPoint display with large maps that show various parking patterns throughout the day.
