Silvy A. Horken, 94, Detroit Lakes, Minn., passed peacefully from here to heaven on July 8 at the Cottages, Detroit Lakes.
A memorial service for Silvy will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at Joy Lutheran Church, Prescott, Wis. Interment will be in the Newport Cemetery, Newport, Minn. Memorials will be directed to World Vision or Hospice of the Red River Valley.
