Janice Vokoun, "Grandma Jan," age 82, died Aug. 3 at home, surrounded by her son, daughter-in-law, and "adopted" daughter, after a very courageous battle with blood cancer.
A celebration of Jan's life will be held from 1-6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at VFW Post 7232, 2900 W. Folsom St., Eau Claire. Private interment will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minn.
