"Becka" passed away at home, after a 9-month courageous battle with kidney cancer, on Sept. 24.
A memorial service was held in her honor at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hudson, Wis., on Sept. 28. A benefit in her name was held at the American Legion in Stillwater, Minn., from 3-7 p.m. Oct. 6, to help support many various unpaid bills that incurred during her illness.
