Francis A. Johnson, 79, of Roseville, Minn., formerly of Bay City, Wis., died Monday, Jan. 16, at United Hospital in St. Paul.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at the American Legion Post 357, W6450 W. Main St., Bay City.
